Shipchandler, ERP implementation for JIT cooperation with food bases


Reorganizing business processes in Schipschandler’s company through inventory management. To increase the efficiency of the use of food stocks, minimize risks related to the permeability of products and the expiration date.


Introduction of an Information Product (ERP System) storing information on all the company’s inventory, main product markers (packaging, weight, unit of measuriment, delivery date, expiry date, manufacturer), accompanying documents (certificates, bills of lading, etc.), remnants of goods in warehouses.

We have taught the system to form orders from suppliers on its own if the stock of goods in our client’s warehouses reached minimal values.


In this case there is an increase in efficiency of the whole company, we will further develop this system by connecting it to other, external data sources such as CRM.
